Before You Book a Reading

Before you book your reading, please do make time to read my code of ethics, disclaimer and the terms and conditions under which readings are given. These are shown below. Booking a reading means that you accept the terms, conditions, disclaimer and my code of ethics. If you have any questions, please do contact me.

My Code of Ethics

  1. All readings are conducted in strict confidence between the reader and the client. The only exception that applies is in a situation where there is genuine concern for a client’s well-being.
  2. The readings are designed to help clients to choose their future course in life and to help clients to take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.
  3. All clients are treated equally and with sensitivity and respect.
  4. I will always use all of my available knowledge when interpreting a reading and will advise the client about points that cannot be included in a reading.
  5. If at any time before or during a reading, I feel that I cannot help you, then I will bring the reading to a close and no fee will be payable.
  6. Repeat readings. It is very important to allow time between readings and there is, in my opinion, little or no value in repeatedly exploring the same topic or question. For this reason, I will normally recommend that a period of at least six weeks elapses before repeat readings take place.
  7. If appropriate, I will recommend that a client seeks the support of a suitably qualified professional.
  8. Readings will not knowingly be given to persons under 21 years of age.
  9. All fees are agreed before the reading takes place and will be paid in advance.

Disclaimer: The client is at all times reminded that they alone are responsible for their own choices, decisions and actions and that the reading is subject to each person’s interpretation of the consultation. You have requested the reading of your own free will and you are solely and totally responsible for any decisions and actions that you may take as a result of the reading. The contents of the reading are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, business or financial advice. Terms and Conditions

  1. Readings will only be given to clients over the age of 21 who are physically resident in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands at the time of the reading.
  2. The format of the reading will be agreed before the reading takes place.
  3. Readings may not be recorded.
  4. If for any reason you are unhappy about your reading, please do contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve any issues. It is very important to me that the reading meets your needs. If at any point I feel that I cannot meet your needs, then I will draw the reading to a close and no fee will be payable.
  5. In the case of a real time internet-based reading or a face to face reading, please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If this notice is not provided, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed fee.
